Paté Verde

Green olive tapenade.

Like our black olive tapenade, this recipe is unlike versions available elsewhere.

We take carefully selected green pitted olives and add a few drops of extra virgin olive oil to make a unique and delicately-flavoured spread for panini, pizza, focaccia and sauces.
