Carciofi & Ciliegino

Serves 2 Preparation time 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 200g Ready cooked Focaccia
  • 100g Carciofi Grigliati (Grilled artichokes)
  • 1 teaspoon Black olives tapenade
  • 50g Ciliegino Siciliano (semidried cherry tomatoes)
  • Basil leaves
  • Black Pepper
  • Oregano
  • 3 teaspoons Extra Virgin Olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat the grill to a high heat 180-200 °C
  2. Chop the “Carciofi Grigliati” as you like
  3. Spread the olive tapenade on the Focaccia
  4. Add the other ingredients on top
  5. Drizzle the olive oil over the Focaccia and sprinkle with a bit of oregano and black pepper
  6. Place the Focaccia onto a baking sheet and transfer to the hot grill to heat for 3-5 minutes*
