Carciofi & Ciliegino
Ingredients
- 200g Ready cooked Focaccia
- 100g Carciofi Grigliati (Grilled artichokes)
- 1 teaspoon Black olives tapenade
- 50g Ciliegino Siciliano (semidried cherry tomatoes)
- Basil leaves
- Black Pepper
- Oregano
- 3 teaspoons Extra Virgin Olive oil
Directions
- Preheat the grill to a high heat 180-200 °C
- Chop the “Carciofi Grigliati” as you like
- Spread the olive tapenade on the Focaccia
- Add the other ingredients on top
- Drizzle the olive oil over the Focaccia and sprinkle with a bit of oregano and black pepper
- Place the Focaccia onto a baking sheet and transfer to the hot grill to heat for 3-5 minutes*
