Grigliato Misto & Spinaci
Ingredients
- 200g Ready cooked Focaccia
- 150g Grigliato Misto
- 20g Raw Spinach
- Black Pepper
- Oregano
- 3 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive oil
Directions
- Preheat the grill to a high heat 180-200 °C
- Chop the “Grigliato Misto” as you like
- Add the raw spinach
- Drizzle the olive oil over the Focaccia and sprinkle with a bit of oregano and black pepper
- Place the Focaccia onto a baking sheet and transfer to the hot grill to heat for 3-5 minutes*
