Grigliato Misto & Spinaci

Ingredients

  • 200g Ready cooked Focaccia
  • 150g Grigliato Misto
  • 20g Raw Spinach
  • Black Pepper
  • Oregano
  • 3 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat the grill to a high heat 180-200 °C
  2. Chop the “Grigliato Misto” as you like
  3. Add the raw spinach
  4. Drizzle the olive oil over the Focaccia and sprinkle with a bit of oregano and black pepper
  5. Place the Focaccia onto a baking sheet and transfer to the hot grill to heat for 3-5 minutes*
