Rustica
Ingredients
- 200g Ready cooked Focaccia
- 30g Pomodoro Sott’olio (Sundried Tomato)
- 30g Black Pitted Kalamata Olives
- 80g Mozzarella di Bufala (Buffalo Mozzarella)
- 30g Parma Ham
- Basil Leaves
- Oregano
- 3 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive oil
Directions
- Preheat the grill to a high heat 180-200 °C
- Slice the Mozzarella and lay it on the focaccia
- Add the Parma Ham and the Black Kalamata olives
- Chop the “Pomodoro Sott’olio” as you like and add it to the Focaccia with the Basil Leaves
- Drizzle the olive oil over the Focaccia and sprinkle with a bit of oregano and black pepper
- Place the Focaccia onto a baking sheet and transfer to the hot grill to heat for 3-5 minutes*
