Ingredients

  • 200g Ready cooked Focaccia
  • 30g Pomodoro Sott’olio (Sundried Tomato)
  • 30g Black Pitted Kalamata Olives
  • 80g Mozzarella di Bufala (Buffalo Mozzarella)
  • 30g Parma Ham
  • Basil Leaves
  • Oregano
  • 3 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat the grill to a high heat 180-200 °C
  2. Slice the Mozzarella and lay it on the focaccia
  3. Add the Parma Ham and the Black Kalamata olives
  4. Chop the “Pomodoro Sott’olio” as you like and add it to the Focaccia with the Basil Leaves
  5. Drizzle the olive oil over the Focaccia and sprinkle with a bit of oregano and black pepper
  6. Place the Focaccia onto a baking sheet and transfer to the hot grill to heat for 3-5 minutes*
