Farfalle ai Carciofi
Ingredients
- 500g Farfalle
- 400g Crema Di Carciofi (Artichoke Paté)
- 30g black olives
- Chilli oil
Directions
- Fill a large pan with water
- Add salt and oil
- Add the pasta to the boiling water
- Leave the pasta for the time stated on the pack and stir every couple of minutes to prevent the pasta from sticking
- Take a frying pan, add “Crema Di Carciofi”, black olives stir for 2-3 minutes on a low heat
- Once the pasta is ready and “al dente” drain it and add it to the frying pan
- Mix all the content for 1-2 minutes
- Add chilli oil (as you like)
- Serve
