Farfalle ai Carciofi

Serves 4 Preparation time 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 500g Farfalle
  • 400g Crema Di Carciofi (Artichoke Paté)
  • 30g black olives
  • Chilli oil

Directions

  1. Fill a large pan with water
  2. Add salt and oil
  3. Add the pasta to the boiling water
  4. Leave the pasta for the time stated on the pack and stir every couple of minutes to prevent the pasta from sticking
  5. Take a frying pan, add “Crema Di Carciofi”, black olives stir for 2-3 minutes on a low heat
  6. Once the pasta is ready and “al dente” drain it and add it to the frying pan
  7. Mix all the content for 1-2 minutes
  8. Add chilli oil (as you like)
  9. Serve
